Yoga & Meditation Class

May 6 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

We will incorporate different aspects of yoga and meditation and discuss the health benefits of the practice. We will also provide some wellness tips.

Yoga and Meditation will be led by Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Healer Linda Principato.

Participants will need to supply their own mats. (Some may be available on loan from Intramurals/Athletics.)

Cross Fit Boot Camp

May 6 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Join us every Friday beginning April 1 and ending May 6 at 5pm for a Cross Fit Boot Camp!

We will incorporate strength training exercises intended to improve coordination, balance, stimulate muscle tone, and improve cardiovascular health.

Nimbus Release Party

Enjoy FREE Moe's Southwest Grill and an open mic night to celebrate the newest issue of Nimbus Literary Magazine!!

Copies of the new issue will be available.

All campus community members are welcome to partake in this weekly, in depth exploration of the spiritual dimension.

Discussions will be led by Father Anthony DeLuca, Ph.D., Psy.D.

Evening Prayer for All Peoples

May 10 @ 6:00 pm - 6:15 pm

Father Anthony DeLuca will lead a brief prayer, meditation, healing service in which the world and personal needs are remembered. All are welcome.

Senior Presentations

May 19 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Graduating Seniors chosen by Faculty will present their senior thesis.

Senior Toast

May 19 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The Senior Toast will be held immediately after the Baccalaureate Ceremony on May 19, 2016, on the terrace at the Union building.

Several members from the Senior Gift Committee and the President of the NAA Board will say a few words as we toast the hard work of the seniors this year.
