Yoga & Meditation Class

February 5 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

We will incorporate different aspects of yoga and meditation and discuss the health benefits of the practice. We will also provide some wellness tips.

Yoga and Meditation will be led by Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Healer Linda Principato.

Participants will need to supply their own mats. (Some may be available on loan from Intramurals/Athletics.)

Candidates applying to be a Resident Assistant or a Residential Peer Educator will be expected to attend ONE of three Group Process Day Orientations. Candidates may choose to attend one of the following dates: February 3rd at 9 pm, February 8th at 9 pm, OR February 16th at 8 pm.

Social Justice Dialogue

CICA Presents...A series of dialogue-based panels, lectures, film screenings, and other creative mediums through which you will engage in critical conversations in a safe space with fellow students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members regarding intersections of identity, as well as national & international social justice issues of our time.

Valentine’s Day Fundraiser

Got a crush? Send that special someone a crush soda in celebration of Valentine's Day this year. Stop by the Union Atrium to purchase a crush soda to send, or find out who sent one to you! Event is sponsored by the Senior Class Gift Committee, and all proceeds will benefit the Senior Class Gift.

Discussions will be led by Father Anthony DeLuca, Ph.D., Psy.D.

Evening Prayer for All Peoples

February 9 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Father Anthony DeLuca will lead a brief prayer, meditation, healing service in which the world and personal needs are remembered. All are welcome.
