Open Sundays at 9:00 am and remain open all day and night until Fridays at 10:00 pm

The library has 4 color printers for student use. Printing costs 8 cents per side for duplex (double-sided) and 10 cents for single-sided.
All students start with a pre-set printing account balance. To replenish funds in your account, visit the bursar’s office, then bring the receipt to the IT Help Desk to have your account balance increased.
The library has 3 black & white copiers for student use. Copies cost 10 cents per page. Copiers do not take cash, you must purchase a refillable copy card at the circulation desk at the main entrance of the library.
The library has 3 scanners for student use. Two are reserved for use with Kurzweil, a text-to-voice scanning program for students requiring assistive technology. For Kurzweil training please contact Dina Assante of Disability Services, 718-390-3278.
The Study Center is on the lower level and is open to all students. Talking is permitted in the Study Center, so it is a great place to work as a group. Peer tutors are permitted to offer their tutoring services in the Study Center but the room is open to all students at all times.
Group Study Rooms
The Class of ’59 Learning Commons houses 4 group study rooms for student use only. Rooms contain Smart Boards, laptops, and whiteboards and seat up to 7 students. Two rooms share an accordion wall to accommodate larger groups. For complete information visit the Group Study Rooms page.
The Smart Lab is the designated library instruction classroom. The lab has 30 Windows 7 workstations, a Smart Board with laptop, and a color printer. Faculty may request occasional user of this lab but it is not intended for semester-long classes. This lab may only be reserved through the Library. Center for Teaching, Learning & Research
The Center for Teaching, Learning and Research is intended for faculty use. Faculty members may obtain the key for the Center at the circulation desk at the main entrance of the library. The room contains a desk with a Windows 7 workstation including a microphone and webcam, and a small table with six chairs.
Services for Faculty
The library offers many services to Wagner faculty members, including copyright support, information literacy instruction and assessment, Zotero (citation management) training, and more.

Join the Friends of the Horrmann Library
Friends support the annual Family Weekend book sale and their generous contributions allow us to purchase new materials and equipment, and build new spaces for student use within the library. Friends also help us plan for the future of the library. We couldn’t do it without you!
