Welcome to Reunion Weekend 2018! Stop by Reunion Headquarters to check in, grab a schedule, or ask a question.  Foundation Hall check-in starts at 12 p.m., so if you are staying on campus, you pick up your room keys there. Luggage can be held at the front desk in Foundation Hall for early arrivals.

Heritage Society Luncheon (By Invitation)
Members of the Heritage Society help secure the future and ensure the vitality of Wagner College by including the College in their estate and/or financial plans. Attend "Estate Planning Session" on Saturday to learn how to join the Heritage Society.

17th Annual Joe Jilts Golf Outing
LaTourette Golf Club
Following the Reunion Weekend tradition, alumni and friends are invited to tee off with football alumni as they come together for the 17th annual Joe Jilts Memorial Golf Outing. All alumni and friends of Wagner College are welcome to participate in this lively scramble, with the proceeds going to benefit the football team. Price includes lunch, dinner, and beverages, as well as 18 holes of golf with cart. Registrations for this event should be completed through Associate Athletic Director Greg Cusick at greg.cusick@wagner.edu or 718-420-4008.

Transformational Programs at Wagner: Panel with Dr. Lily D. McNair

Wagner College has been in the news a great deal over the last year because of a number of transformation programs happening on campus. From civic engagement and the Port Richmond Partnerships to our new Film and Media studies program, there are many things to catch up on. Dr. Lily D. McNair, provost and senior vice president for academic affairs, invites you to attend this informational panel where you can hear about these programs first hand.

Kick off Reunion Weekend with fellow alumni, friends, and family at the official welcome reception hosted by President Richard Guarasci and his wife Carin Guarasci. Champagne, wine, beer, and light hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Mingle with your classmates over a variety of beers and enjoy a sampling of pizzas from the island's top eateries, such as Denino’s, Goodfellas, Jimmy Max, and Joe & Pat’s. There will be music, solo cup games, cards, beanbag toss, CanJam and giant Jenga. It's sure to be a blast!

Class of 1968 and Friends 50th Anniversary Dinner ❖ $25, $20 Early-Seahawk pricing

The Golden Seahawks and friends commemorate their 50th Anniversary with a fun-filled celebration! This event is open to all members of the Class of 1968 and their friends. Buffet dinner, wine, and beer will be available for all attendees.

The RoadHouse, 1400 Clove Road
whether you remember it as the Buddy-Buddy Club or the RoadHouse, this establishment at the bottom of the hill on Clove Road still boasts the best clam pie on the island, and it has been home to hundreds of Wagner College parties. A shuttle from Wagner will depart to the RoadHouse from the main gate gazebo at 9:30 p.m. Transportation provided to the restaurant only.

Liberty Tavern (Formerly Black Dog), 382 Forest Avenue
For the younger graduates who remember spending their college nights at Black Dog/Liberty Tavern sipping margaritas and celebrating the end of finals week, a shuttle from Wagner will depart to the Liberty Tavern from the main gate gazebo at 9:30 p.m. Transportation provided to the restaurant only.

Songfest Viewing Party

Songfest is one of Wagner's oldest and most beloved traditions, dating back to 1954. For this annual dance competition, students put in countless hours to design and refine their choreographed routines. Join fellow alumni to watch and reminisce about one of the most exciting events of the year!

"Planning for Tomorrow: The 25 most important documents that you'll want to have in one place."  As we become senior in age, it is critically important that we have executed these documents and placed them in a secure location. David J. Martin, Esq. will review the most important documents in your life and provide some advice on how you can prepare for the future.

The Nursing Center at the Evelyn L. Spiro School of Nursing presents an innovative learning environment in which students combine didactic and clinical knowledge as they transition into a professional practice. Join our nursing faculty and students for a tour of this high tech lab and have a chance to participate in a demonstration.

One of the longest-standing traditions on Wagner’s campus is decorating the Cunard shipping company anchor that has been on campus since 1963. Come show your Wagner pride by signing the anchor in celebration of Reunion Weekend! *Miniature keepsake anchors will also be available for purchase.

Sutter Oval
Join your classmates and friends as we celebrate all of our milestone classes at the most iconic place on campus, the Sutter Oval. Each milestone year will have their own designated tables for mingling and catching up while enjoying a hot picnic lunch, with Main Hall providing a magnificent backdrop. Hang around on the oval for some delicious sweet 'n' salty treats including Ralph's Famous Italian Ices and popcorn.

You're 70, Now What?

Were you old enough to drink during the Neil Armstrong's first walk on the moon?  Are your kids starting to plan for retirements of their own?  If the answer to either of these questions is yes, then you've probably almost completed your 7th decade and want to know, "What happens now?".  This year during reunion, our nursing faculty are hosting a special session just for you to explore strategies and ideas to make this decade of life healthy and fulfilling.

Many in the Wagner College community have served our country. Reunion attendees are invited to an informal gathering where we will honor and reflect upon the sacrifices those individuals made. The time will also serve as an opportunity to connect with other service men and women. The Delta Nu War Memorial is located around the flag pole outside the Spiro Sports Center.

Snug Harbor Walking Tour ❖ $10 Not Handicap Accessible
Shuttle departs from Howard Avenue promptly at 2:45
Sailors' Snug Harbor, also known as Sailors Snug Harbor or Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden or, informally, Snug Harbor, is a collection of architecturally significant 19th-century buildings set in an 83-acre park along the Kill Van Kull on the north shore of Staten Island. Enjoy a guided tour throughout the Cultural Center and Botanical Gardens.

Art Studio, Main Hall
Get your Van Gogh on and paint your own still life while enjoying wine with fellow alumni. One of our Wagner art professors will give you tips and techniques in creating your own art masterpiece. Fee includes a canvas, painting supplies and wine. Be sure to wear clothes to paint in!
