During his 20+ year tenure as CEO, the company’s market capitalization rose from $13 billion to over $400 billion. In 2000, he was named Manager of the Century by Fortune magazine.

SUZY WELCH is a best-selling author, popular television commentator, and noted business journalist. Her best-selling book, “10-10-10: A Life-Transforming Idea,” is now published in 29 countries. Suzy has written about work-life balance and other issues for publications ranging from O, The Oprah Magazine to the Wall Street Journal. She is a commentator on television programs including Good Morning America, The View, Morning Joe, Your World With Neil Cavuto, Power Lunch and Starting Point with Soledad O’Brien.
