Curtis Wright is the Dean of Campus Life and Leadership and oversees the Office of Co-Curricular Programs, Residential Education and serves at the Chief Student Conduct Officer. He also coordinates leadership development, the Co-Curricular Competency Program and advises the Student Government and student publications. Prior to Wagner College, Dean Wright worked in multicultural affairs at New York University and in minority advocacy, student activities, Greek life and residence education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In the past, he has developed peer education programs that address issues of race, ethnicity and social class, and has also trained and advised peer educators in the area of alcohol and other drug prevention and sex and healthy behaviors awareness.
Dean Wright holds a Bachelors of Art in Sociology from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, a Master's of Education in Adult Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in education at the University of Pennsylvania. He recently completed the Council for Independent Colleges and the American Academic Leadership Institute’s Senior Leadership Academy.
