This competency includes, but is not limited to; physical wellness – taking care of your physical health; financial wellness – accessing the resources and skills that allow you to accomplish your goals; spiritual wellness – finding and exploring meaning and purpose in your life; and emotional wellness – developing a positive sense of self that is open and able to experience a healthy range of emotions.  Students should balance their own experiences with knowledge gained through current research.
