Parenting requires leadership, communication, problem solving, relationship building, responsibility…and so much more. This all new program under the direction of Lt. Col. James S. Sfayer , USMC (Ret.), Educator and Leadership Expert, will guide parents in defining your parent and family mission and help you build a solid foundation to your family core. There will be an opportunity at the end of the session to participate in an afternoon of teambuilding at the outdoor Wagner Uncommon Leadership Course.
