Ask for a manager: There is always a manager on duty who can help you right away, on the spot, with your concerns.

Meet our Managers

Peter Bonacci, District Manager

Peter has been with Compass Group and Chartwells Higher Education for 12 years.  Peter has several colleges and universities in the New York Market Place.

Robert Soltmann, Senior Director of Dining Services

Robert has been a member of the dining services team since January 2012. He has over 30 years of progressive  hospitality experience with Compass Group, the parent company of Chartwells Higher Ed. He graduated with his Associates Degree from Bergen Community College. Robert is dedicated on exceeding student expectations and ensuring that their experiences are met with great food and great service by a team that cares.

Michael Purpura, Executive Chef

Michael has been at Wagner since August 2013 as the Executive Chef. Michael has worked in some of the premier high end catering firms in Staten Island and is currently responsible for the daily menus, nutrition and specials in all of the dining outlets on campus. Chef Michael looks forward to meeting you in the Main Dining Hall, Hawk's Nest or in our other campus events.

Carmen Bevilacqua, Account Director

Carmen has been at Wagner since August 2007. In April 2010 Carmen was promoted to Account Director. She manages payroll, human resources, billing and meal plans at Wagner.

Cindy Lennox, Pastry Chef

Cindy joined the Wagner Dining Services team in 2010. She is a graduate of New York University and is responsible for all of the freshly baked items on campus.

Nicklaus Bellomo, Sous Chef

Nicklaus has been at Wagner since September 2014 as the Sous Chef serving students in the Main Dining Hall. Nicklaus is a graduate of Johnson & Wales with a Bachelors Degree in Food Service Management and Culinary Arts.  Nicklaus has worked in Disney, Hilton and Ritz Carlton and is currently responsible for the daily production in the dining hall.

Kathleen Indelicato, Assistant Director of Dining

Kathi has been at Wagner since September 2014 as the Assistant Dining Services Director. She is a graduate of F.I.T. with an Associate's  Degree in Business and has been in Compass Group for 8 years and is also responsible for the dining operations in the Main Dining Hall. We look forward to you meeting Kathi in the Main Dining Hall.

Rudy Vilardi, Dining Services Director

Rudy has been at Wagner College since September 2014. Rudy is a Wagner College Alumni and employee before joining the Dining Services Team.  We look forward to meeting Rudy in the Hawk's Nest.
