NCATE Accreditation 

Wagner College’s Department of Education is fully accredited through 2019 by the country’s leading accreditation board for the preparation of professional educators: NCATE.

In spring of 2012, we received notification that the NCATE Review Team recommended the unit be recertified, recommending no areas for improvement.  In the exit interview with faculty, the Review Team commended faculty and the quality of our programs, adding that Wagner’s students were the “diamonds” of our efforts.  We couldn’t agree more.

Professional Association Accreditation

Our individual programs are also nationally recognized by the specialty associations that guide different fields within education. The following professional associations have reviewed our programs and student outcomes, conferring national recognition on the education our graduates receive.
