Employment at Wagner College is “at will”, and either the College or the employee may at any time terminate the employment relationship with or without cause. Oral or written statements made to an employee are not to be interpreted in any way that alters the at-will relationship.
All candidates for employment at Wagner College need to submit an Application for Employment. While resumes may be attached, the application needs to be filled out and signed in order to be considered for employment. Wagner College has contracted with Sterling Testing Systems to conduct background checks on candidates for employment at the College.
Current employees wishing to be considered for a job opening at the College need to submit a Bid Form to the Office of Human Resources.
