Policies and Procedures (Employee Handbook)

The Wagner College Policies and Procedures are provided to each employee via the Employee Handbook. This Handbook is intended to help you in your role as a Wagner College employee. The contents are for information purposes only, and should not be regarded as a contract between Wagner College and any employee. The College reserves the right to modify or change policies or procedures in whole or in part at its sole discretion, and while we have described your principal benefits and obligations, it is impossible for any handbook to cover every situation that may arise in your daily work. If you need further clarification, please contact the Human Resources Office.

The information and policies in this Handbook apply to all employees: faculty, administration and staff, unless otherwise specified. Union employees should refer to their collective bargaining agreements for further clarification where applicable. Faculty members should refer to the latest edition of the Faculty Handbook.

Employment at Wagner College is “at will”, and either Wagner College or the employee may at any time terminate the employment relationship with or without cause. Oral or written statements made to an employee are not to be interpreted in any way that alters the at-will relationship.
