Whether you are just getting started at Wagner as a new student or as a new employee or have been utilizing our computing resources for years, we are here to assist and serve you. We are located in the lower level of The Horrmann Library with entrance directly off Trautmann Square.
Our regular semester office hours (excluding holidays**) are as follows:
Mon-Thur: 8:30am to 10pm
Friday: 8:30am to 8pm
Sat & Sun: 9am to 3pm*
* We will be closed on Saturday, Oct 11th & Sunday, Oct 12th for Columbus Day.
** We will reopen on Monday, Oct 14 with a modified schedule of 11am to 6pm.
Please note that interim Winter/Spring Break hours varies depending on the Wagner Academic Calendar.
We are closed Saturday, January 18th through Monday, January 20th (Martin Luther King Jr.'s Day) and will resume normal operational hours starting on Tuesday, January 21st, 2014.
The Help Desk will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday starting on Thursday, 11/28/2013 through Sunday, 12/1/2013. Regular office hours will resume on Monday, December 2nd, 2013. Winter Break schedule starts Thursday, December 12, 2013 and ends Sunday, January 19, 2014. The Help Desk will be closed for the holiday from Tuesday, December 24, 2013 to Wednesday, January 1, 2014. Office hours are Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5pm only. There will not be any evenings/nights/weekends schedules during this time.
Our Summer hours (excluding holidays) begin Thursday, May 15, 2014 through Friday, August 22, 2014, are as follows:
