New Resources for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners

PA and Nursing students: Introducing three new resources for your research, clinical, and study preparation

AccessMedicine
AccessMedicine provides medical students with a variety of resources needed to excel in basic science studies and clerkships; helps residents, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants with instant access to videos, self-assessment, and leading medical textbooks that facilitate decision-making at the point-of-care; enables faculty to create, track, and report their students’ progress through a curriculum tool that eases workflow; and allows practicing physicians to brush up on their medical knowledge to ensure the best patient outcome.

ClinicalAccess
Clinical decision support tool offering targeted answers to more than 120,000 questions encountered at the point of care. Intended for physicians, residents, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.

PA Easy
Online test prep for PANCE and PANRE exams. For PA students only. NOTE TO ALL USERS: You must first create a PA Easy account from an on-campus computer. From the database, click Sign In, then click "Do you get access via your institution?" and then create your own account credentials. You can sign in using those credentials in future visits from any computer anywhere.

These collections are accessible from our Databases page and in the Physician Assistant LibGuide. Two of the collections (Access Medicine and Clinical Access) are also useful for nurse practitioners and are accessible from the Nursing LibGuide as well.
