If you dwell on the fear you feed it. When you control your thoughts, you regulate the emotion. And, like anything else, this takes practice and intention. Ask yourself, “Who am I?” Do you want to be strong for others during difficult times or part of the fear pile-on? Do you want to lead real change around the issue or be part of the status quo?
