Archeology society hosts lecture
On Sunday, Feb. 10 at 3 p.m. in Spiro 2, James Fritzsimmons will be giving a lecture entitled "Wine, Cheese and Travel." The lecture will focus on the development of wine, beer, cheese and other "secondary products" that arise after a society's shift to agriculture and as a response for the need to store food. The lecture is sponsored by the Staten Island chapter of the Archaeological Institute of America.
