On Sunday, Sept. 15 at 6 p.m. in Spiro 2, there will be a live streaming of a reading from Washington, D.C.'s Kennedy Center of a new play about the tragic 1963 bombing at Birmingham's 16th Street Baptist Church, in which 4 young black girls were killed. This is a 50th anniversary commemoration. The play is directed by esteemed actress Phylicia Rashad. All are welcome. A post-production discussion will also be streamed live.
