Please join Generation Citizen on Monday, Feb. 25 at 6 p.m. in Spiro 2 for the screening of a documentary film, “The Black Power Mixtape.” The film, shot from the perspective of Swedish filmmakers during the Civil Rights movement in the U.S., documents the lives of the movement’s most radical (and often forgotten) leaders. A brief presentation on grass-roots advocacy and how Generation Citizen plans to apply these tactics will follow the screening. The event is open to the public and will be an incredibly interactive experience for all in attendance.
