On Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 6:30 p.m. in Spiro 2, Wagner College will observe Constitution and Citizenship Day with guest speaker Wagner alumna Donna Lupardo ’76, who will talk about being civically engaged. She will speak about her experience today as a member of the New York State Assembly (since 2005), her prior experience in the Broome County (N.Y.) Legislature, and what led her to seek public office.
