SJD luncheon: Deaf Community on Staten Island

Hillel’s ‘Chocolate Seder’

On Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. in Union 201, Wagner College Hillel invites you to join its members for a delicious “Chocolate Seder” service as they prepare for Passover (April 14 &15). Come learn about the meaning of Passover, a celebration of the Jews’ liberation from Egypt in Biblical times, and enjoy some chocolate! Film screening: ‘The French Connection’

CSP’s ‘Dirty Rotten Scoundrels’

On Friday, April 11 at 8 p.m. in Harbor View Hall’s Gatehouse Lounge, please join Completely Student Productions for “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,” music and lyrics by David Yazbek, book by Jeffrey Lane, directed by Jordan Bunshaft. Based on the film of the same title, “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels” tells the story of Lawrence Jamieson and Freddy Benson, two men trying to swindle an American heiress out of $50,000 on the French Riviera. Lawrence believes he should corrupt the rich for a cultured and lavish lifestyle of his own, while Freddy just looks for a free meal. For more information, email Brian Falduto.
