Mary in Art: Be Not Afraid

April 10, 2015 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Please join the Center for Intercultural Advancement and the Chaplain's Office on Friday, April 10th at 12:30pm in Kairos House for a presentation by Dr. Constance Salhany entitled, "Mary in Art: Be Not Afraid".

In honor of Women in History Month we look at Mary, Mother of Jesus, through art as a spring board for discussion and exploration. The message that she received of "Be not afraid" from over 2,000 years ago is one that has relevance for us today.

Mary as a role model, and the application of "Choice Point Model" in psychology will be examined.
