Peer Education: Yoga & Meditation Class

Spiro Sports Center Aerobics Studio, Staten Island, 10301

We will incorporate different aspects of yoga and meditation and discuss the health benefits of the practice. We will also provide some wellness tips.

Each participant will receive a small gift for participation. Item will be different each class. Example of class gifts may include; healing stones, sample oils, etc.

We'll be providing fresh fruit and fruit-infused water to rejuvenate you afterwards.

Yoga will be led by Certified Yoga Instructor Stacie Lyras. Meditation will be guided by Natalie and/or Noel, who is a certified wellness coach.

Participants will need to supply their own mats. (Some may be available on loan from Intramurals/Athletics.)
