SUSHI & SAKE 101: MAKING MAKI AND TASTING SAKE
A Cooking Class for Wagner Alumni & Friends with Dr. Lily D. McNair, Provost

Join Wagner College alumni and friends, along with Dr. Lily D. McNair, Wagner's Provost and Senior Vice President, for a sushi and sake class at SUSHISAMBA, one of the premier sushi restaurants in Manhattan.

While sipping a variety of premium sake flights and learning about sake production, guests will have a chance to catch up on all things Wagner with Dr. McNair.

A SUSHISAMBA sushi chef will then demonstrate how to choose sushi-grade fish, explain what tools you need to make sushi at home, share sushi-making tips and, best of all, guests will make (and eat) their own sushi rolls! Along with the class, guests will enjoy a pre-selected 4-course meal accentuated by SUSHISAMBA's best sake.

Wagner College Percussion Ensemble Concert

The Wagner College Percussion Ensemble Directed by David Clive will perform Solo & Percussion Ensemble works by Beck, Clive, Feldstein, Wilcoxen & Williams.

The program will feature various Percussion Instruments including Drum Set, Tom Toms, Quads, Latin Percussion, Congas, Bongos, Timbales & Marimba! Free and open to the public.
