Freshman Fifteen: Gay Ol’ Time
ResEd will be hosting a game night as part of the Freshman Fifteen Series.
Joy Jars
We will focus on promoting a healthy and positive mindset by creating "joy jars". You will put handwritten notes in the jars of all the good things that happen throughout the semester/year. At the end of the sem/year, residents can open the jars and recall all the good that happened). Residents will discuss the power of a positive/negative mind and how it affects their lives. The program will help residents get on a good path of positivity to start the year off right and focus on all the good that happens amidst the stress of school.
