Staten Island Philharmonic presents Music Unites Us @ CSI
Two music faculty members, Joyce Chung, piano in George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue"; Anthony Turner, baritone in "Porgy and Bess" selections; and alumna, Katherine Liu, violin (B.A. Wagner '14, M.M. Juilliard '16) in Gwyneth Walker's "An American Concerto for violin" will be featured guest soloists with Staten Island Philharmonic Orchestra's "Music Unites US" Concert on Sunday, October 22 at 3 p.m.

Viva Italia! Italian Heritage Concert
The fourteenth annual Viva Italia! Concert will celebrate the rich heritage of Italian music with performances by Wagner faculty, including soprano Janet Pranschke and trumpeter Joseph Kaminski, pianist Yelena Polyachenko, the Choirs of the College and the winners of the Italian Idol Singing Competition. Arias, art songs, opera choruses and madrigals will be performed. A freewill offering will be taken.
Italian Heritage concerts at Wagner College are a co-production of Music Department and the Da Vinci Society.
Admission is free.
