Wagner College students who have registered to vote in New York State using their campus address will be able to cast their ballots at one of two polling places on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 4.
Students living in the residence halls on campus (Guild, Towers and Harborview), who registered to vote using either 1 Campus Rd. or 631 Howard Ave. as their address, will cast their ballots in the polling place at Concord High School. The entrance to the polling place is at 39 Steuben St. at Rhine Avenue.
Students who registered to vote using their Grymes Hill Apartments address will cast their ballots in the polling place at P.S. 35, 60 Foote Ave., located between Clove Road and Grand Avenue (just off Howard).
The Student Government Association has arranged for a van to shuttle students between campus and the two polling places on Election Day, but make sure that you get off at the right polling place -- if you don't, your ballot will be disqualified.
The van will be running between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Election Day. The pick ups will be every 30 minutes from the campus Main Gate, and then will head over to Concord High School for the on-campus residence voters, to P.S. 35 for the Grymes Hill Apartment voters, then back to campus.
If you have any question about which polling place you should be using on Election Day, visit the New York City Board of Elections Poll Site Locator online at THIS LINK.
