This Wednesday and Thursday from 12 to 6 p.m. each day in Union 201, the New York Blood Center is holding a blood drive. The Blood Center lost 4,500 units of blood in the recent devastation from Hurricane Sandy -- an enormous loss of blood. Your donation of blood is greatly needed this week. During the last campus blood drive, on Sept. 11, students, faculty and staff graciously donated 120 units of blood. Every unit counts!
The Port Richmond Partnership and First-Year Program vans will temporarily be suspended until further notice as we cannot guarantee rides with the gas situation we are facing currently in Staten Island. All current reservations for this week will unfortunately need to be canceled and rescheduled later. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate everyone understanding during this challenging time.
The Horrmann Library resumed regular hours this morning at 8 p.m.
The Spiro Sports Center is on regular hours today.
Reminder: We have contracted with Academy Bus to provide ferry shuttle service each day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. until gasoline is readily available for our van fleet. CLICK HERE for scheduling information.
