718-390-3223 michael.tennenbaum@wagner.eduMichael Tennenbaum holds an MFA in Directing from CUNY (Brooklyn College) and has over 30 years of experience acting in and directing everything from community theater to Off-Broadway. Professional credits include "Reed!" (actor) at The Gate Theater and "Pedagogy" (director) for The NY Fringe Festival. Wagner directing credits include: "School for Lies," Zombie Prom," and "Spamalot!" He is the recipient of a Time-Warner National Teacher Award, has appeared on the nationally televised Disney Teacher Awards, and earned a fellowship from The National Endowment For The Humanities for independent study in Film History. He has served as Artistic Director for The Good Medicine Company, The Brooklyn Arts Group and NeverLand Theatre, and is a mentor/supervisor for student teachers in CUNY's Theatre Education program.
