Floor Plans and Hall Description

Foundation Hall opened to Wagner Seniors in January 2010.  It is home to approximately 200 students.  Amenities include:

  • Suite-style rooms, each with two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a cabinet/counter area for preparing food (no formal kitchen)
  • Each bedroom comes furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and dresser for each student
  • 6 larger suites, called "Seahawk Suites," feature 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a furnished common living area with includes a cabinet/counter area for preparing food (no formal kitchen), TV stand, couch, and other living room furniture
  • 4 single student rooms w/private bathroom
  • Many suites and lounges have floor-to-ceiling windows, with plenty of natural light and great views of the surrounding area
  • Each floor has two common rooms, one quiet study room, and two laundry rooms
  • A small café with Starbucks coffee and small breakfast items is located on the first floor of the building
  • HVAC with individual room controls
  • Cable in each room
  • Wifi
  • Ice machine and vending
  • Gender neutral bathrooms on each floor
  • Recycling closets

Bridges is a year-long program that provides support to students as they prepare for life after Wagner.
