Please keep the following in mind before submitting a maintenance request:

• Residents are expected to change their own light bulbs and plunge their own toilets.
• Please refrain from using drain cleaners— they can harm maintenance staff.
• Maintenance will not enter a Wagner apartment without a student home or a staff member present.

Please be advised that the internet system in the apartments does not support routers.  Routers are not permitted, as the system will go down.
