Proxy FormFor students who will NOT be able to attend the lottery events on April 2nd and/or 3rd due to a previous commitment. Remember, Housing Lottery is NOT an excuse to miss class. That’s what this form is for!

Group Suite Lottery FormAfter submitting the Regular Housing Lottery Application, groups may submit this form together to obtain a special group lottery number for the suite lottery event on April 2nd.
