Religious Accommodation Notification

Students who anticipate missing class or having a conflict with any other academic obligation (e.g. exams, assignments) because of a religious observance should complete the Religious Holidays and Observances Request Form in advance of the anticipated absence, as early as possible, and ideally at the beginning of the semester. Failure to notify faculty two weeks in advance of the anticipated absence may limit the range of accommodations available.
