Next Steps for Admitted Graduate Students and Adult Learners

Fall Orientation

Check back for more information on Orientation for Graduate Students and Adult Learners.  The event will begin at 6 p.m. with a wine and cheese reception.  The program will give new graduate students and adult learners the opportunity to register for classes with their faculty advisor, pick up their Wagner College ID, register their vehicle with Public Safety, and speak with members of the Bursar and Financial Aid Offices.

New Student Form

Each graduate student and adult learner is required to complete the Graduate and Adult Learner New Student Form.  This form must be completed by all graduate students and adult learners, including those with an undergraduate degree from Wagner College.

Wagner E-mail and MyWagner

Every Wagner student has access to a College e-mail account and MyWagner, the College's online portal system.  By using MyWagner, students can register for courses, view a current course schedule, and obtain grade history, among many other features.  To connect with your Wagner e-mail account and MyWagner, generate your All Access Pass.  Once you have your All Access Pass, log in to your e-mail and begin using MyWagner.

Medical Information Form

All students are required to have a Medical Information Form completed by a physician before arriving on campus.  Students who do not have a Medical Information Form on file with Wagner College will be restricted from attending class or moving into the residence halls. Print a copy of the Graduate Student/Adult Learner Medical Information Form.


Graduate students and Adult Learners who are interested in living on campus, either in a residence hall or in the Grymes Hill Apartments, should check out the Graduate Housing Page. If you have any further questions regarding housing, please contact the Office of Residential Education at or (718) 390-3420 to discuss the housing application process, move-in, and availability of residential space.
