Q: When is Reunion Weekend in 2014?
Friday, June 13 - Sunday, June 15, 2014

Q: Where can I find more information about Reunion Weekend?
Reunion brochures will be mailed by April 2014.  You can also visit the Reunion website.

Q: What class milestones are being celebrated at Reunion 2014?
We celebrate milestones for all class years ending in a 4 or a 9.  However, volunteers from the classes of 1954, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1989, 2004 and 2009 are planning specific activities for their class.

Q: May I attend Reunion Weekend if I am not in a milestone Reunion class year?
Yes! Alumni of all class years are welcome to attend Reunion Weekend.  Information for Reunion Weekend is sent to ALL alumni.

Q: When will we receive registration information?
Information on Reunion Weekend will be mailed out by April 2014.  However, information, including registration will be available much earlier on the Reunion website.  You can also view a sample reunion schedule based on past years.

Q: What type of lodging is available Reunion Weekend?
A limited number of rooms for a small fee are available in Foundation Hall, and if desired Harborview Hall.  Bed and bath linens, a pillow and one blanket are provided per person. Please remember these are college residence halls - pack your comforts from home! If you prefer to stay at a hotel during the weekend, we will be working with the Hampton Inn on Staten Island for a group rate for the weekend.  Visit the Reunion Weekend Accomodations page for a list of other area hotels.

Q: What is the set-up inside Foundation Hall?
Foundation Hall is our newest suite-style residence hall.  Each bedroom comes with two twin beds.  Each suite is comprised of two bedrooms (e.g. 4 beds), with one bathroom for the two rooms.  The building is handicap accessible, and comes with central A/C.

Q: What should I pack?
We recommend packing casual clothes with dressier spring/summer apparel for the Alumni Association Awards Luncheon.  For the Dinner Dance, guests are encouraged, but not required to be creative in their dress to incorporate the theme for Reunion Weekend--cocktail attire for women, or jackets and tie for gentlemen would suffice.  In case of rain or cooler weather, bring slickers, sweaters and umbrellas to make the weekend more enjoyable. For guests staying on campus - Every guest staying on campus will be provided linens, one blanket, one pillow, a set of towels and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and soap).  Depending on your comfort, you may want to pack a sweater or heavier pajamas in case the temperature in your room is too cold.  We make every effort to turn off the air conditioning in the rooms after the students have moved out.

Q: Where are my friends staying?
Every attempt is made to ensure alumni are placed in rooms near fellow classmates and friends.  You may indicate rooming preferences at the time of your registration.  Please note, both parties must indicate at the time of registration their desire to be placed in rooms near each other, or in the same room, if desired.

Q: What type of transportation is available for Reunion Weekend?
Shuttle service will be available between the Wagner College campus and the Staten Island Ferry Terminal.  The shuttles will run every half hour.  In addition, for alumni with mobility issues, golf carts will be available around campus.

Q: If I have special dietary requirements or allergies, will arrangements be made?
Yes. Please indicate on your registration form if you have special dietary restrictions or allergies.  Catering will make every attempt to meet your dietary restrictions.

Q: What other dining options are available for lunch on Friday and Saturday of Reunion Weekend?
On Friday, the dining hall located in the Union Building will be open for full lunch service.  On Saturday, the Hawk’s Nest located in the Union Building will be open for limited lunch service (sandwiches and Starbucks coffee station).

Q: How can I see who will be attending Reunion Weekend?
When activated, visit the Reunion Weekend registration page, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link titled “View Attendance List.” Until the official registration page is activated, you can let your friends know if you are planning to attend Reunion Weekend, June 13-15, 2014 by visiting the pre-reunion event page

Q: Why did the weekend for Reunion Weekend move to the second week of June?
Reunion Weekend is taking place June 13-15, 2014.  The change in time frame for Reunion Weekend will allow for time to prepare Foundation Hall for alumni to stay while participating in the weekend’s activities.   During the school year, Foundation Hall is primarily occupied by seniors and they do not leave campus until after Commencement, the last week of May.  Therefore, moving Reunion Weekend to the second week of June will ensure Foundation Hall is properly prepped for the return of alumni to campus.
