Join us for a Throwback Homecoming like you've never seen before! This year's celebration will include a variety of food from some of Staten Island's favorite restaurants and alumni owned-businesses. We've even brought back a float tradition and incorporated some new campus traditions. We'll have music, entertainment, interactive games, variety performers, and more. You don't want to miss this year's celebration on the Oval!

Friday, October 4

Pep Rally*
Pape House Lawn
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

The Wagner College marching band, cheerleaders and the Seahawk will lead the pep rally as we cheer on the Football team before Saturday's Homecoming game and meet the candidates for homecoming King and Queen. The pep rally will take place in front of Pape House from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Enjoy dessert from Lickety Split’s ice cream truck!

Movie under the Stars*

8:00 PM - 10:00 PM

After the pep rally, join your Seahawks under the stars to watch a nostalgic movie. Bring your own blanket and we will provide the popcorn! Movie will be Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

Wagner College Theatre Presents "Evita"

Evita brings to life the rags-to-riches story of Eva Perón, the First Lady of Argentina. Set in Argentina from 1934 to 1952, this Tony Award-winning musical follows Eva, born a poor, illegitimate child, as she becomes an ambitious actress and then the most powerful woman in Latin America as the wife of President Juan Perón. Well-known numbers from Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s masterpiece include “Don’t Cry for Me, Argentina,” “Buenos Aires” and “Another Suitcase in Another Hall.” Directed and choreographed by Chloe Treat, music direction by Dan Garmon.  For tickets, call the box office at 718-390-3259.

Join us for an Alumni Author Panel! Alumni authors will sit on a panel to tell their stories and answer questions from faculty, students, families, and other members of the Wagner community. The authors will be Beverly Whipple '62, Phyllis Ameduri '77, Michael Armato '06, and Meaghan Nasos '19.

Homecoming on the Oval

This is the can't-miss event of the weekend! Join us on the Oval for our biggest Homecoming celebration yet as we throw it back to the old Homecoming days. We will have a variety of food from local Staten Island restaurants and a beer and wine bar. Attendees can vote on the best banner presented by student organizations. Entertainment and fun for all ages includes a rock wall, variety performers, games, and more! You won't want to miss this jam-packed kick-start to the big game!
Please note, food and drinks will be sold by tickets only. One ticket is a $1 value. Most food and drink items will range from 2 to 7 tickets. All beer and wine will cost $5 (5 tickets). Take advantage of our early seahawk pricing, and register by September 22 to receive our limited edition homecoming t-shirt ($10.00 Value). T-shirt will only be available for sale during early seahawk pricing.

After Homecoming on the Oval, make your way over to the Homecoming Game Hospitality tent for the best seats in the house! The tent will be located in the Hameline Field endzone, and will include a BBQ buffet and beer and wine open bar from 5-8pm. Guests are welcome to watch the entire game from the tent.

6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Bring your Seahawk pride over to Wagner College Stadium and cheer on the Wagner College Seahawks as they take on the Monmouth University Hawks. Enjoy performances by the Wagner Seahawk Marching Band and the halftime homecoming King and Queen coronation.
