Heritage Society Luncheon (By Invitation)

Members of the Heritage Society help secure the future and ensure the vitality of Wagner College by including the College in their estate and/or financial plans. Attend the "Estate Planning Session" on Saturday to learn how to join the Heritage Society.

18th Annual Joe Jilts Golf Outing
Silver Lakes Golf Course
Following the Reunion Weekend tradition, alumni and friends are invited to tee off with football alumni as they come together for the 18th Annual Joe Jilts Memorial Golf Outing. All alumni and friends of Wagner College are welcome to participate in this lively scramble, with the proceeds going to benefit the football team. Price includes lunch, dinner, and beverages, as well as 18 holes of golf with cart. Registrations for this event should be completed through Associate Athletic Director Greg Cusick at or 718-420-4008.

Kick off Reunion Weekend with fellow alumni, friends, and family at the official welcome reception hosted by President Richard Guarasci and his wife, Dr. Carin Guarasci. Champagne, wine, beer, and light hors d'oeuvres will be served.

The Golden Seahawks and friends welcome graduates of the Class of 1969 into their ranks! All Golden Seahawks (members of any graduating class prior to 1969), family, and friends are invited to attend this fun-filled celebration. Lunch, wine, and beer will be available for all attendees.

"Planning for Tomorrow: The 25 most important documents that you'll want to have in one place."  As we become senior in age, it is critically important that we have executed these documents and placed them in a secure location. David J. Martin, Esq. will review important documents and provide some advice on how you can prepare for the future.

Meet and mingle with members of the Alumni Board! Learn what role the Alumni Board fills on Wagner's campus, hear about upcoming projects from several board committees, and listen as members discuss what experiences, both on and off Wagner's campus, led them to becoming philanthropic leaders for Wagner's current students, faculty, and their fellow alumni.

Belmont Stakes Hat-Making Station

Get ready for tonight’s Belmont Stakes Grand Celebration! Design and decorate your own hat with feathers, ribbons, and more. Then enter your creation in a contest for “Best Hat of the Night” for a chance to win a special prize! Light snacks and cocktails will be available.

Calling all Bregenz alumni! Get transported back to your days in Bregenz, Austria at Nurnberger's, a local German restaurant, where you will reunite, reconnect, and make new friends with fellow classmates who participated in this unique study abroad program. Mingle in the beer house while enjoying an open bar and hors d’oeuvres. Then head back with your friends to campus for the Grand Celebration! Transportation will be provided.

Campus Tour
Depart from Atrium, Union (Rain Plan: Will be cancelled)
Tour the campus with one of our knowledgeable student ambassadors.  Relive some Wagner history and familiarize yourself with the latest developments.  Please plan to arrive at least five minutes before the scheduled tour time. *Handicapped Accessible, with transportation available.

Plant Exchange at the Guttu Garden
Guttu Garden, next to the Lifelong Learning house
Join the recently formed Native Plant Society of Staten Island at the Guttu Garden for a plant exchange and tour of the Guttu Garden! The Guttu Garden is a memorial to Wagner's longtime beloved chaplain, Rev. Lyle Guttu (1936–2007). It now serves as a garden featuring the native plants of this region, and is maintained by Laura Barlament, editor of Wagner Magazine. The garden is located next to Lyle's old house, now home to the Department for Lifelong Learning, near Howard Avenue. *This event is rain or shine.

Come celebrate Reunion at the Belmont Stakes dinner! Kick off your evening with a horse and carriage ride, available from 5:30 to 7:30, on a first-come first-served basis. At 6:30, enjoy delectable hors d'oeuvres and festive cocktails on Trautmann Square, before entering the Main Dining Hall for a night of dinner, dancing, and music. Enter the “Best Hat of the Night” contest, try the famous “Belmont Jewel Cocktail,” and immerse yourself in the spirit of the race!
*Suggested attire for men includes bow ties, patterned or button-down shirts, and khakis or dress pants. For women, bold-colored hats, sundresses or floral dresses. Please note, no shorts allowed.*
