Wagner Weekend

Wagner Weekend 2021

Friday, October 1 to Saturday, October 2, 2021

Get ready for a truly unforgettable weekend—because it’s not just one event, it’s two. For the first time in Wagner history, we’re bringing together the best parts of our beloved Homecoming and Reunion traditions. All Seahawks, alumni, students, parents, faculty & staff, and more, will reunite for a chance to relive memories and make new ones. It’s been a tumultuous year, but we’ve emerged stronger than ever, and we’re ready to have fun. You won’t want to miss it!

Together, we’ll celebrate the past, present, and future of Wagner at Wagner Weekend!

This year’s weekend kicks off on Friday with student-oriented activities and the Grand Celebration for alumni! During the Grand Celebration, we will honor our reunion anniversary class years, the 2020 alumni award recipients, and celebrate with hors d’oeuvres and dancing! Saturday’s festivities include a Memorial Service featuring the alumni and student choir, the Golden Seahawks Luncheon and more. Then, we’ll all meet on the Oval for a variety of food options from some of Staten Island’s favorite restaurants and alumni-owned businesses. We’ll have music, entertainment, interactive games, and our Float Parade, a long-standing tradition dating back 50 years that we will celebrate this year.

It’s finally time to come home to Wagner College! This will be a celebration you won’t want to miss. And we won’t want to miss you!

Health and Safety

Health and Safety

We are pleased to offer an in-person Wagner Weekend, and we do so as we navigate the continued impact of COVID-19 and our ability to safely host large events. Please view our current COVID safety rules for our students and employees here. Effective immediately, ALL events that were previously scheduled to be held indoors will be held outdoors, rain or shine. We will NOT accept any on-site registrations for Wagner Weekend. Therefore, if you plan to attend, you must pre-register on our website here in advance to ensure you are on the list. All Wagner Weekend attendees will be required to submit a pre-screening 72 hours before their arrival. At this time, for visiting indoor locations on campus, masks are required during Wagner Weekend on October 1 – 2, 2021. For outside, masks are strongly recommended for those unvaccinated. For more information, view our Health and Safety page here.
