The Nicolais School of Business is pleased to re-introduce the Wagner SELECT program.
Mission
To cultivate the next generation of business leaders by developing career-ready students who are ready to lead and excel in various fields in the business world.
Program Description
The Wagner SELECT program is a unique professional development program in the Nicolais School of Business where students are paired with business leaders, alumni, and executives who serve as mentors and coaches. Students who are chosen to be part of this program will receive professional guidance and advice in various areas of business. Through these interactions and training students will be well-prepared to secure internships and full-time employment.
Framework for Wagner
The Wagner SELECT program will consist of two components: tasks undertaken by Wagner; meetings between SELECTS and their Mentors. The SELECT / Mentor Framework is delineated in a separate document. Below are the tasks to be undertaken by Wagner.
