Flu Shots
Human Resources, in partnership with the Center for Health and Wellness and Super Health Pharmacy, will be hosting on-campus flu and COVID-19 vaccinations for employees.
Employees should pre-register using the following link: https://form.jotform.com/202587677877174. Walk-ins will also be accepted.
Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID. Depending on insurance coverage, there may be a $40.00 out-of-pocket cost if the vaccine is not covered by your plan.
