Director of Career Planning and Development
Rosa Santana is an innovative design, career, and technology connoisseur with experience in higher education administration, recruitment, and design industries. She serves Wagner students by guiding and elevating their careers. She works with students and alumni in locating opportunities suited to their career needs. Rosa creates and executes programming centered around professional development, self-manifestation, and core competency skills building. She is continuously looking for opportunities to provide a spectrum of tools, resources, and guides for students and alumni in career success. Rosa spearheads a gamut of projects that cultivate effective programming, sustainable business relationships, technology efficiency, and student-centric environments. As a proud Afro-Latina, Rosa Santana aspires for greatness in all areas of her life. Conversations about business, technology, innovative gadgets, and self-development techniques are a few of her passions.

Career Services Specialist
Elvis Santos is a passionate and driven higher education professional with his expertise centered around career counseling, championing student success, business development, & employer relations. He joins Wagner College in the Office of Career Planning & Development as a Career Services Specialist providing students with professional development, growth, internships, and employment opportunities. In addition, he is responsible for Wagner College’s visibility with students through programming, development, and department collaborations and industry professionals by creating opportunities for collaborations in the classroom and on-campus programming.
