Email Signatures

Emails from your account should include a signature with basic contact information.

Use the following format:

Department (with link to subsite) | Phone number | @wagnercollege (Link to

  1. Click the gear icon in the top right of your inbox (see image below).
  2. Select “Settings”.
  3. In the General tab, scroll down to the Signature section.
  4. Type in your desired signature, and add links to the appropriate information.
    • Tip: The vertical dividing bar (|) is above the return key.
