Meet our Managers
Shelley has been with Lackmann Culinary Services since 1994 and has worked in many facets of the food service business. Her strengths and passion can be found in catering large events, marketing, merchandising and motivating team members. Currently Shelley oversees several College and University accounts including St. John's University, NYU Polytech and Dominican College. In her spare time, she plays an active role as Vice Chair for her hometown’s Zoning Board of Adjustment and is a volunteer EMT for her town’s First Aid Squad.
Bob has been a member of the dining services team since the beginning of 2012. He has 30 years of hospitality experience with Compass Group, the parent company of Lackmann Culinary Services. He graduated with his Associates degree from Bergen Community College. Bob prides himself on exceeding student expectations and ensuring that their experience is always a great one.
Karon joined the Wagner Dining Services team in October of 2011 and has worked for Compass Group since 2003. Karon first started as an intern and worked his way up into position of General Manager. Karon graduated from the Art Institute of New York City in December of 2003.
Carmen has been at Wagner since August 2007. In April 2010 Carmen was promoted to Account Director. She manages payroll, human resources, billing and meal plans at Wagner.
Cindy joined the Wagner Dining Services team in 2010. She is a graduate of New York University and is responsible for all of the freshly baked items on campus.
Boris has been at Wagner since 2011 as the Sous Chef. He graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2008 and is responsible for the daily menus and specials in the Main Dining Hall.
Neel has been at Wagner since 2009 as the Sous Chef. He graduated from the Sri Lanka Hotel School in 1985 and is also responsible for the daily menus and specials in the Main Dining Hall.
Lackmann Culinary Services is proud to welcome a new member to our management team. Jerry Martusciello has been with Lackmann Culinary Services for 19 years. A native of New York City, most recently, Jerry managed the Main Café at the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to the NYSE, Jerry has been an Executive Dining Room Manager for Guardian Life Insurance, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, and Morgan Stanley. Jerry is excited to be joining the Wagner team! We welcome Jerry to our team and look forward to everyone seeing and meeting Jerry in the Main Dining Hall.
