WagnerVotes is a non-partisan committee of Wagner College students, faculty and staff dedicated to educating the student population on all aspects of the voting process. Voting is an important element of civic engagement. Wagner College works with national organizations such as Project Pericles, ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge, Students Learn Students Vote, TurboVote, and The National Study of Learning, Voting, and Engagement (NSLVE) to increase voter engagement, registrations, and participation among Wagner College students.
WagnerVotes holds several voter engagement and education activities throughout the year. Our members come from a versatile arrangement of majors and disciplines, and we’re always looking for new students to join us! For updates and upcoming workshop please follow us at WagnerVotes on Instagram, check the Daily Bulletin and the Wagner Calendar.
Most of the voting related initiatives at Wagner College are led and facilitated by WagnerVotes, in conjunction with the Center for Leadership and Community Engagement (CLCE), Bernadette Ludwig, PhD, Associate Professor of Sociology and Project Pericles Program Director, Student Government Association (SGA), and other members of the Wagner community.
