Holocaust Gallery Exhibit, “Fierce Females: Holocaust Heroes”
An exhibition of original tapestries dedicated to seven courageous women of the Holocaust and World War II: Anne Frank, Vitka Kempner, Zivia Lubetkin, Sitti Israel, Nadezheda Popova, Hadassah Rosenshaft and Noor Inyat Kahn.
Exhibit made possible by Linda Stein, an activist visual artist, writer, lecturer, performer, and videographer working in Manhattan NY, Cambridge MA and East Hampton NY. She is Founding President of the non-profit Have Art: Will Travel! Inc (HAWT) for Courageous Kindness, addressing bullying and diversity.
The gallery will be open Tuesdays 1-4, Thursdays 4-8, Sunday 1-4 and on request.
