Position: Administrative Coordinator - Part Time

Department: Office of Institutional Advancement

Employment Status: Part Time

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Executive Director of Development


  • Coordination of stewardship mailing/email correspondence for all departments within the Office of Institutional Advancement. Examples include affinity newsletters, birthday cards, thank you cards, and anchor and anniversary cards.
  • Monthly administrative tasks including but not limited to: invoice processing, expense reports, donor impact reports, and timesheets.
  • Support of College affinity group correspondence, meetings and events. Support would include but is not limited to: meeting invitations, schedule, minutes, event logistics, planning and correspondence, and occasional physical event support which include evenings and weekends.
  • Maintaining updates within constituent database - Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge
  • Daily office administrative tasks which would include both hard copy and digital filing, phone correspondence, scanning/uploading gift agreement documentation to the digital database, office supply orders, mail organization, and coordination of the conference room calendar.
  • Coordination of student worker tasks’ and schedule within the office

  • Prior office administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, Gmail preferred
  • Previous experience in event planning preferred

Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience
