yoga Come and experience the rejuvenation and relaxation that yoga brings! Breathing, moving, relaxing, and meditating will restore your balance, reduce stress and help keep your mind vital and calm!

Yoga is offered on November 12th and December 3rd in the Spiro Sports Center Dance Studio- 6-7 PM!
