Grace Levkovich '26Sprong 2024 Semester in Florence, Italy (API)

“Studying abroad has genuinely been one of the best and most rewarding experiences of my entire life. The places that I have been fortunate enough to visit have been nothing short of breathtaking. In my time away, I was able to visit 10 countries and 39 different cities, each with their respective cultures, traditions, and fascinating histories. This whole experience was something that has “Once in a Lifetime” written across it with big, bold letters, and I’ll be eternally grateful for it and the amazing support system around me while I did it. I wouldn’t trade my time studying abroad for the world, and if given the chance, I would do it again in a heartbeat.”
Abby Bernesky '26Spring 2025 Semester in Florence, Italy (API)

“My time abroad has been invaluable, even in the two weeks I've been here thus far. In discovering a new city, learning a language, and living in an apartment for the first time, I've learned so much more about who I am and have found a new independence in my life. I encourage anyone and everyone who has the interest and means to take advantage of this opportunity - there will never be an easier, more supported, more educational time to explore the world than through a study abroad program. Ciao!”
Kat Sammons '27Spring 2025 Semester in Auckland, New Zealand (IES Abroad)

"I can’t avoid the cliche of saying that studying abroad changed my life because it absolutely did. The opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture not only showed me diverse perspectives, it taught me who I am and who I want to be. It gave me the greatest desire to continue adventuring and connecting with others - I will remember my time in New Zealand for the rest of my life."

Justine Carranza '25Summer 2024 in Granada, Spain (Arcos Learning Abroad)

"My study abroad experience in Granada, Spain, was truly unforgettable. Immersing myself in the rich culture, history, and language strengthened my Spanish skills and gave me a new perspective on the world. Every moment was filled with adventure and growth, from exploring different cities to enjoying new food. Studying at Instituto Mediterráneo Sol challenged me academically while allowing me to connect with incredible people from all over. It was the best time of my life, and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!"
Nicole Korsunskiy '25Summer 2023 in Florence, Italy (API)

“My advice to anyone considering studying abroad is to stay open minded and embrace every opportunity to get involved. If you are traveling solo, like I was, use your time and space as a chance for personal growth. Studying abroad is a perfect opportunity to step outside your comfort zone and push your boundaries. Don’t hesitate to be spontaneous, meet new people, and make lasting connections – everyone is in the same boat, so the chances for new friendships are endless.”
Dallas Garcia '27Summer 2025 in Vienna, Austria (IES Abroad)
