Media Service Requests Notes:
Please note that ONLY full-time/part-time Wagner staff & faculty members can request media.
Students/student organizations/Grad Assistants/sponsored event(s) will require two things: (1) an approval email and (2) a filled and signed equipment loan form (available at the Help Desk office); both from a full-time Wagner employee who is your advisor/sponsor. All requests must be submitted 48 hours PRIOR to start of event; requests for Saturday and/or Sunday must be in by Wednesday.
If form is not online please contact Media Services immediately at at 718-390-3410 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating a problem with the eForm. As long as your event is still over 48 hours away, you can call the Media Services and receive instructions on how to submit a media requests via the SchoolDude Request Page. Please submit only one (1) request per ticket; multiple requests will not be accepted and may delay your request.
All equipment are rated for indoor use only and all request are subject to final approval specially if/when safety becomes a concern. Since we have limited resources, all requests, depending on availability of inventory and personnel, are on a first-come-first serve basis. Thank you for your continued cooperation.
