This allows our support technicians to quickly access via a remote support session that you initiate and provide a one-time use password.
To access this service, please call our Help Desk at 718-390-3410 while at your on-campus computer,
then visit https://ithelp.wagner.edu/ to download and run the no-install Remote Assistance app from your Windows computer.
