To have your (Active Directory Campus Computer Account) password reset (used for computer and printer logins), please visit the SSPR (Self-Service Password Reset for Active Directory) site at sspr.wagner.edu. However, if you have not setup your self-service security questions, please follow the instructions (here) but specify that the reset is needed for "Active Directory".
To have your All-Access Pass reset, please send an e-mail to HelpDesk@wagner.edu and provide us with your @wagner.edu e-mail address along with 2 forms of picture ID (must be legible, not dark photocopies), a contact phone number (cell phone number preferred), in addition please provide us your Wagner ID (not the number on the ID card), and date of birth. Our staff will call you with new password (or SMS text you if you provide a cell phone number) after it has been approved and reset.
NOTE: Only Wagner alumni, current students, faculty and employees are permitted to use a Wagner e-mail account.
